--> I, being a part of the Support team (the second level to the helpdesk) resolve complex issues raised by the stores around distribution of goods from the depots to stores.
--> I liaise with depots & the planning teams to facilitate distribution of goods
--> I access the depots & store applications to resolve any delivery issues raised by the stores.
--> Am required at times to make calls to the stores/depots to gain any further information to resolve issues raised.
Candidate Profile:
--> Candidate Should be a B.Com/Other Graduate under any recognized university
--> Candidate should be a good communication skills
