- Good in aptitude & communication.

- Good in analytical & logical reasoning.

- Should have 70% or above in all certificates and degrees

- Understand OOPS concepts in Java.

- Experience in J2EE/Eclipse/Struts/ Spring/Hibernate; iOS & Android is of added value
