Skills:

• To appoint a network of efficient Travel Agents to represent Adlabs and create volume and revenues
• To recruit, enroll and support Travel Agents of own network
• To build and maintain strong relationship with Agents
• To problem solve / trouble shoot and represent issues for resolution on behalf of Agents  
• To ensure processes are followed by partners
• To create and constantly mine data bases for upsell / repeat sell / cross sell
• To ensure proper reporting of own as well as Travel Agent performance
• Preparation of Proper DSR and recording them, preparing periodic targets and performance report
• To ensure proper brand visibility and collateral availability at Travel Agents
