Thomson Reuters Job Opening For Freshers and Experienced Graduates - July 2013
Essential Responsibilities:
* Identify DND using the registry & establish contact with given prospect list through phone
* Describe products and services using the given script.
* Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers for a meeting or demonstration of the product.
* Respond to questions, adapt the script with prior approvals.
* Obtain detailed customer information
* Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
* Follow up on initial contacts.
* Execution of long-term lead nurturing programmes.
* Reporting and analysis of the prospect base for gap analysis and opportunity identification.
* Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
Desired Profile:
* Bachelor's Degree ; excellent communiocations skills are must.
* Experience required -1 experience in tele-sales, or any front end sales
* Excellent communication skills and persuasive sales ability.
* Experience in tele sales
* Have the ability to cold call and identify high end opportunities and key decision makers
* Book appointments for BDMs to have face-to-face meetings with new prospects
* Engage in a friendly and authoritative communication style
* Be organized and disciplined to follow up
* Have a warm and friendly attitude with a sense of humour!
