* Should be quick Learner also ability to accept direction & handle a fast paced workflow within a limited time frame.

* Ability to recommend and implement changes or improvements within the unit.

* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (excellent),

* Good in Aptitude for mathematical computations also should be having good Analytical Skills.

Skills:

* Analytical skills, attention to detail, advanced knowledge of Insurance, Communication Skills"

* Any graduate except B.Tech/ B.E
