* Support HR Manager in Designing Employee Engagement Calendar

* Execution of Various Employee Engagement Initiatives at the Plant

* Quarterly Contractors legal Audit

* Filling Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Compliances

* Quarterly internal Legal Audit.

* Attendance Management

* Leave Management

* Weakly Off Control

* Preparing Various Reports
