JP Morgan Services Recruitment For Freshers as Application Support Analyst - Any Graduate


* This is an Application Support Analyst position. 

* The individual will be working in JMPChase Mortgage Banking Technology applications. 

* Responsibilities include maintaining multiple applications.

* This position is very hands-on and requires a strong ability to adapt to challenging problems and an intense desire to work as part of a cohesive team.


Job Responsibilities:

   
* Performing direct support of applications within the Mortgage Banking Technology space
   
* Creating and executing SQL queries to diagnose problems and provide resolution
   
* Working with end users to determine root cause of production issues
   
* Participating in disaster recovery events
   
* Partnering with peers and collaborating with other technical leaders in the firm, within and outside of MBTI
   
* Align team goals with those of Mortgage Banking  IT & Business.


Desired Profile:

   
* Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience
   
* Excellent technical and analytical skills
   
* Strong oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization
   
* Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results
   
* Experience working within large technology environments and supporting applications preferred


Technology Skill Set:

   
* Oracle
   
* .NET experience a plus
