Job Description:
Sun Life Financial Hiring For Graduate Freshers as Analyst-Application Support - July 2013
Key activities:
* Manage and respond to the day to day Changepoint inquiries, requests and production problems
* Maintain updates to operations documentation
* Run, analyse, action and communicate key Changepoint governance and compliance reports
* Run, analyse, action and communicate key Portfolio Management reports
* Execute regression test model for testing of application fixes/patches and all business owned functions
* Create simple test plans and execute
* Maintain updates to documentation on the Changepoint Self Help intranet site (on the Source)
* Assist in the configuration, testing and rollout of new versions / new features
* Assist in business analysis, reporting, testing, communication, and training support for key deliverables within the team
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Competencies:
* Demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills.
* Working knowledge of testing techniques, tools and methodologies is required.
* Intermediate level experience with MS Excel and Notes is required.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Exposure or working knowledge of business analysis techniques, tools and methodologies is preferred.
