* 0-8months of exp with Good Communication.

* B.Com/B.A / B.Sc. /BBA ( No B.E / BCA / B.Tech )

* Basic Computer knowledge.

* Open to work in 24x7 environment.

* Backend/Non-Voice Process

* Proficiency in MS-Office, Internet usage and other web-based applications.

* Absolutely willing to work in night shifts.

* Good written and oral communication skill.

* Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.

* Ability to detect errors.
