Job Description:
As a performance verification architect at NVIDIA, verify the design and implementation of the industry's leading Graphics Processors. Specific areas include 2D and 3D graphics, video, high performance computing, high-speed IO interfaces and bus protocols, and memory subsystem design. In this position, you will be responsible for performance verification of the architecture, micro-architecture and ASIC design using advanced verification and analysis methodologies. You are expected to understand the system architecture and implementation, define the verification scope, develop the verification infrastructure and verify/analyze the performance of the design. You will be working with architects, designers, pre and post silicon verification teams to accomplish your tasks.
Desired Profile:
Minimum Requirements:
--> BS/BE/MS/ME with 1+ years of experience
--> Strong fundamentals in computer architecture
--> Exposure to design and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Debussy, GDB)
--> Expertise in Verilog
--> Good debugging and problem solving skills
--> Scripting knowledge (Perl/shell)
--> C++ programming language experience desirable
--> Good communication skills and ability & desire to work as a team player in a global environment
