Experience : 6-10 years of industry experience with minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in people management.

Other requirement:

• Good technical knowledge and computer skills
• Knowledge on consumer electronic products and basic understanding of signals and encoding would be an advantage
• Knowledge in VB and C# will be preferable.
• Knowledge on SQL and writing queries.
• Should be good at Internet surfing, Data Scarping and analysis of data.
• Experience in project estimation, execution, and tracking.
• Ability to adapt to various communication styles and interpret non-routine and conflicting information.
• Ability to advise others and manage divergent interests and perspectives.
• Requires sound technical knowledge combined with reasonable understanding of business issues.
• Experience in customer interaction, global multisite interaction and good presentation skills.
• Preferable: Ability to communicate effectively in native language with customers, suppliers/vendors. Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Should be able to write macros (excel) and sql queries.
